These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Oyo SEMIS, the Oyo State Education Management Information System, operated under the Oyo State Ministry of Education.
1. Authorised Use
Oyo SEMIS is provided for official education-management purposes. Access is granted to authorised users — including teachers, school heads, LGEA and SUBEB officials and Ministry staff — according to their roles and responsibilities.
2. Accounts & Responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under their account. Credentials must not be shared. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported immediately.
3. Acceptable Use
- Enter accurate and complete information.
- Use the system only for its intended education-management purposes.
- Do not attempt to access data or functions beyond your authorised role.
- Do not disrupt, damage or misuse the platform.
4. Data Accuracy
Users who enter data are responsible for its accuracy. The Ministry of Education and its partners are not liable for decisions made on the basis of inaccurate data entered by users.
5. Availability
We aim to keep Oyo SEMIS available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
6. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
